Controlled substance for which prescription is not required: Violation of regulation by pharmacist

  • misrepresentation to pharmacist to obtain controlled substance

1.

Any pharmacist who violates any regulation of the Board regulating the dispensing of a controlled substance for which a prescription is not required is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

2.

Any person who knowingly or intentionally makes a false representation to a pharmacist for the purpose of obtaining a controlled substance for which a prescription is not required is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
