NRS 451.370
Meetings, records and budget of Committee.

1.

The Committee shall meet:

(a)

At least twice annually and at other times specified by a call of the Chair of the Committee or a majority of its members; and

(b)

At places specified by the Chair.

2.

The Committee shall keep full and complete minutes and an audio recording or transcript of each meeting of the Committee and a complete record of all dead human bodies received and distributed by it and of the persons to whom the bodies may be distributed. The minutes, audio recordings, transcripts and records must be open at all times for inspection by each member of the Committee and by the district attorney of any county within the State.

The Secretary of the Committee is responsible for keeping the minutes of each meeting of the Committee and preparing and maintaining a complete file of the minutes, audio recordings, transcripts and records of the Committee.

4.

The Committee shall prepare and approve an annual budget for the Committee.
