NRS 449.4319
Expiration and renewal of certificate.


1.

Each certificate to operate an intermediary service organization issued pursuant to NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive, expires on December 31 following its issuance and is renewable for 1 year upon reapplication and payment of all fees required pursuant to NRS 449.4314 unless the Division finds, after an investigation, that the intermediary service organization has not satisfactorily complied with the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive, or the standards and regulations adopted by the Board.

Each reapplication for an intermediary service organization must include, without limitation, a statement that the organization is in compliance with the provisions of NRS 449.4329 to 449.4332, inclusive.
