NRS 449.113
Grounds for denying renewal of license.

The Division shall not renew a license to provide community-based living arrangement services if:

1.

The holder of the license has refused or failed to reimburse any overpayment for community-based living arrangement services as required pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 449.112; or

2.

The holder of the license has failed to correct any practice required by the Division to comply with state law or regulations or the requirements of a contract between the holder and the Division.
