NRS 445A.130
Powers and duties of Department.

1.

The Department shall, with the approval of the Office of Finance:

(a)

Use the money in the Account for the purposes set forth in 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.

(b)

Determine whether publicly owned treatment works which receive money or other assistance from the Account comply with the requirements set forth in 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.

2.

The Department may, with the approval of the Office of Finance:

(a)

Enter into an agreement with the Federal Government for the acceptance of grants of money for the Account.

(b)

Provide services relating to the preparation of any plan or report concerning the Account.
