Director authorized to delegate powers and duties.

The Director may delegate:

1.

Any of the Director’s powers or duties pursuant to NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, to the Administrator of the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy of the Department.

2.

Any of the Department’s powers or duties pursuant to NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, to the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy.
