NRS 435.241
Division authorized to bring action to enjoin provision of services.

1.

The Division may bring an action in the name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any natural person, a partnership, firm, corporation or association, including, without limitation, a nonprofit organization, or a state or local government or agency thereof from providing jobs and day training services:

(a)

Without first obtaining a certificate from the Division; or

(b)

After the certificate has been revoked or suspended by the Division.

2.

It is sufficient in such an action to allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, provide jobs and day training services without a certificate.
