“Court-ordered admission of a child” defined.


“Court-ordered admission of a child” includes, without limitation:

1.

A child who is in the custody of an agency which provides child welfare services and who is not in a facility whom the court orders to be admitted to a facility; and

2.

A child who has been placed in a facility under an emergency admission and whom the court orders to be admitted for the purpose of continuing the placement.
