NRS 432B.218
Annual report to Governor and Legislature concerning achievement of specific performance targets in improvement plans and specific goals established to receive incentive payment.


On or before January 31 of each year, the Division of Child and Family Services shall prepare and submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature which includes, without limitation, information concerning:

1.

The progress made by each agency which provides child welfare services in a county whose population is 100,000 or more toward achieving the specific performance targets set forth in an improvement plan submitted by the agency pursuant to NRS 432B.216; and

2.

Whether the agency which provides child welfare services in a county whose population is 100,000 or more achieved the specific goal established pursuant to NRS 432B.2165 during the previous fiscal year and, if not, the percentage of the goal that was achieved.
