NRS 432A.300
Duties of Director: Establishment and administration of program

  • establishment of standards of eligibility
  • specification of benefits
  • regulations.

1.

The Director shall establish and administer a program through which a person may donate money to provide health insurance for a child whose parents or guardians are not able to provide such insurance.

2.

The Director shall, by regulation:

(a)

Establish a standard of eligibility for the enrollment of children in the program; and

(b)

Specify the benefits which must be provided in the policy of health insurance.

3.

The Director may adopt regulations which are otherwise necessary to the administration of the program.
