NRS 422A.695
Submission of report to Legislature.

On or before January 31 of each year, the Department shall submit to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Legislature a report concerning activities or services designed to prevent homelessness in this State. The report must include, without limitation, information concerning:

1.

The activities of and services provided through the Nevada Housing Crisis Response System established pursuant to NRS 422A.680;

2.

Any other activities or services provided by the Department or any division thereof to prevent homelessness; and

3.

Any activities or services provided by any other state or local governmental entity, nonprofit organization or other person or entity in this State to prevent homelessness.
