NRS 41.365
Action for damages.


1.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 2, a person who has suffered injury as the proximate result of perjury or subornation of perjury committed by another may bring an action for the recovery of his or her actual damages and any punitive damages which the facts may warrant.

2.

There is no cause of action under subsection 1 unless the defendant has been convicted of the perjury or subornation of perjury which caused the injury.

3.

As used in this section, “injury” includes deprivation of liberty as well as other harm to the person or property of the plaintiff.
