NRS 400.045
Annual report.

On or before June 30 of each even-numbered year, the Committee shall:

1.

Prepare and post a written report of its activities and any recommendations on the Internet website maintained by the Office of Workforce Innovation; and

2.

Submit a copy of the written report prepared pursuant to subsection 1 to the:

(a)

Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the next regular session of the Legislature; and

(b)

Governor.
