NRS 398A.250
Grounds to limit, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew registration.


1.

The Secretary of State may limit, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a registration of an individual registered under subsection 1 of NRS 398A.220 for conduct that would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under subsection 2 of NRS 398A.220.

2.

The Secretary of State may suspend or revoke the registration of an individual registered under subsection 3 of NRS 398A.210 or renewed under subsection 5 of NRS 398A.220 for any reason for which the Secretary of State could have refused to grant or renew registration or for conduct that would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under subsection 2 of NRS 398A.220.
