NRS 391.309
Effect of provisions.

The provisions of NRS 391.301 to 391.309, inclusive, do not:

1.

Limit any right or remedy an employee may have against an agency or official of this state based upon the loss of the employee’s license.

2.

Preclude a school district from employing a person as a substitute teacher or in any other position for which the person is legally qualified.
