Grants: Application by pupil organization for career and technical education

awards made on fair and equitable basis.

1.

A pupil organization for career and technical education may apply to the State Board for a grant to support the activities of the organization, to be paid for with the money distributed pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 388.392.

2.

The State Board shall review all applications submitted pursuant to subsection 1 and award grants to pupil organizations on a fair and equitable basis.
