Secretary.

1.

At its first meeting after each election and qualification of newly elected members, the State Board of Education shall organize by electing one of its members as President, to serve at the pleasure of the Board.

2.

The Superintendent of Public Instruction is the Secretary of the Board and shall serve without additional salary.
