Exception to requirements for notice to and consultation with Indian tribes.

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, the Office is not required to provide notice to or consult with an Indian tribe as required pursuant to this chapter if the Office provides such notice to or consultation with the Indian tribe pursuant to federal law.
