Librarian: Powers and duties.

1.

The librarian of any law library shall administer all functions of the library, employ assistants and carry out the policies established by the governing body of the library. The librarian shall inform the governing body of the financial status of the library quarterly and at such other times as the governing body may direct.

2.

The librarian may recommend policies to the governing body.
