NRS 375B.400
Deposit, separate accounting and expenditure of proceeds.

1.

The Department shall deposit all payments received pursuant to this chapter in the State General Fund.

2.

The money deposited in the State General Fund pursuant to subsection 1 must be accounted for separately and may only be expended upon legislative appropriation.
