Unit-owners’ association may not exercise power of eminent domain.

A unit-owners’ association may not exercise the power of eminent domain pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

2.

As used in this section, “unit-owners’ association” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 116.011 or 116B.030.
