Exemption from licensing requirement for person selling liquor at execution sale

licensee authorized to purchase liquor at execution sale.

1.

The provisions of this chapter which authorize the possession or sale of liquor only by a person who holds a license issued under this chapter do not apply to an officer or an officer’s deputy who sells or offers for sale liquor at a sale under execution held pursuant to NRS 21.150.

2.

It is not a violation of the provisions of this chapter if a person who holds a license issued under this chapter purchases any liquor at a sale under execution held pursuant to NRS 21.150.
