NRS 366.697
Monthly reports by special fuel manufacturers.

Each special fuel manufacturer shall, not later than the last day of each month, submit to the Department a written report which sets forth:

1.

The number of gallons of special fuel containing biodiesel or biodiesel blend the special fuel manufacturer manufactured, blended, produced, refined, prepared, distilled or compounded in this State;

2.

The number of gallons of special fuel containing biodiesel or biodiesel blend the special fuel manufacturer manufactured, blended, produced, refined, prepared, distilled or compounded for personal use in this State;

3.

The number of gallons of special fuel containing biodiesel or biodiesel blend the special fuel manufacturer sold or delivered in this State;

4.

The name and mailing address of each person to whom the special fuel manufacturer sold or delivered special fuel containing biodiesel or biodiesel blend in this State; and

5.

The number of gallons of special fuel containing biodiesel or biodiesel blend the special fuel manufacturer sold or distributed to each person described in subsection 4.
