NRS 360.001
“Department” and “Executive Director” defined.

As used in this title, except as otherwise provided in chapters 360A, 365, 366, 371 and 373 of NRS and unless the context requires otherwise:

“Department” means the Department of Taxation.

2.

“Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Department of Taxation.
