NRS 355.350
Regulations.

The State Treasurer shall adopt regulations:

1.

Establishing a process for giving notice to a company of the inclusion of that company on the list of scrutinized companies created pursuant to NRS 355.335;

2.

Establishing the process for the removal of a company from the list of scrutinized companies created pursuant to NRS 355.335; and

3.

Deemed necessary by the State Treasurer to carry out the provisions of NRS 355.300 to 355.350, inclusive.
