NRS 2A.150
Application and administration of provisions concerning pensions, retirement and benefits.

The provisions of NRS 2A.100 to 2A.150, inclusive:

1.

Apply only to a judge of the Court of Appeals or a surviving spouse or surviving child of a judge of the Court of Appeals who served as a justice of the Supreme Court or district judge before November 5, 2002;

2.

Are administered by the Public Employees’ Retirement Board pursuant to NRS 1A.100; and

3.

Are part of the Judicial Retirement System established pursuant to NRS 1A.100.
