1.

A county clerk may, with approval of the board of county commissioners, establish a system for using a computer to register voters and to keep records of registration.

2.

A system established pursuant to subsection 1 must:

(a)

Comply with any procedures and requirements prescribed by the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 293.250; and

(b)

Allow a person to preregister to vote and the county clerk to keep records of preregistration by computer.
