Sec. § 285.014
“Employee suggestion” defined.


“Employee suggestion” means a proposal by a state employee or group of state employees which would:

1.

Reduce, eliminate or avoid state expenditures, whether or not such money would be expended from the State General Fund; or

2.

Improve the operation of the State Government.
