NRS 280.120
Participating law enforcement agencies superseded upon merger

  • operation as metropolitan police department.
Upon merger:

1.

The law enforcement agencies of each participating political subdivision, which are designated in the merger, shall be deemed superseded as long as the ordinance providing for the merger remains in effect.

2.

The resulting department shall operate under the provisions of this chapter.
