Advisory planning commission: Appointment

The Agency shall appoint an advisory planning commission to serve in an advisory capacity to the Agency. The planning commission shall include:

1.

The chief planning officers of Carson City and the counties of Douglas and Washoe;

2.

The county health officer of Douglas County or a designee of the county health officer;

3.

The county health officer of Washoe County or a designee of the county health officer;

4.

The Administrator of the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or a designee of the Administrator;

5.

The Executive Officer of the Nevada Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, who shall act as chair; and

6.

At least two lay members, each of whom shall be a resident of the region.
