Creation of district by ordinance

district not entitled to distribution of supplemental city-county relief tax.

1.

The governing body of an incorporated city whose population is 500,000 or more may by ordinance create a district.

2.

Not more than one district may be created in each such city.

3.

A district is not entitled to receive any distribution of supplemental city-county relief tax.
