NRS 268.780
Definitions.

As used in NRS 268.780 to 268.785, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1.

“Area” means a redevelopment area or an urban renewal area, as the case may be, within which the creation of a district is proposed.

2.

“Council” means the city council.

3.

“District” means an assessment district created to defray the cost of additional police protection within the district.
