NRS 247.070
Subscription to and microfilming of county newspapers.

1.

A county recorder may purchase a subscription for not more than three newspapers printed and published in the county where the county recorder holds office.

2.

The county recorder may microfilm each issue of the newspaper or newspapers subscribed for as provided in subsection 1.
