NRS 244A.343
General powers of board of county commissioners.


The board of county commissioners of each county, upon behalf of the county and in its name, without any election, may from time to time:

1.

Acquire, improve, equip, operate and maintain one or more street beautification projects;

2.

Levy assessments against assessable property within the county to defray all or any portion of the cost thereof which is not to be defrayed with money available therefor from the general fund, any special fund, or otherwise; and

3.

Cause the assessments so levied to be collected.
