NRS 244.130
Qualifications.

1.

The county manager shall possess such qualifications as the board of county commissioners may from time to time establish.

2.

No person who is or has been an elected officer of the county shall be appointed county manager unless the person has been out of office for at least 1 year prior to the date of appointment.
