NRS 240A.020
“Client” defined.

“Client” means a person who:

1.

Represents or otherwise acts for himself or herself in a legal matter without the services of an attorney authorized to practice law in this State; and

2.

Receives the services of a document preparation service in that legal matter or enters into a contract with a document preparation service to receive such services.
