NRS 237A.070
Approval and certification.

1.

The Governor shall approve an application made pursuant to NRS 237A.060 and certify a trade district if:

(a)

All of the requirements imposed by federal law for the establishment and administration of such a district are met;

(b)

The application and certification comply with the applicable provisions of the law of this State; and

(c)

The welfare of this State is advanced by the certification of such a district.

2.

If a trade district is certified pursuant to subsection 1, the Governor shall designate a proper authority to administer the district.
