Gifts, grants, appropriations or donations

  • contracts
  • regulations.
The Office may:

1.

Apply for any available grants and accept any available gifts, grants, appropriations or donations, and use any such gifts, grants, appropriations or donations to carry out its purposes;

2.

Contract with a public or private entity to assist in carrying out its purposes; and

3.

Adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 232.467 to 232.484, inclusive.
