Account for the Unit for the Investigation and Prosecution of Crimes Against Older Persons or Vulnerable Persons: Creation

1.

The Account for the Unit for the Investigation and Prosecution of Crimes Against Older Persons or Vulnerable Persons is hereby created in the State General Fund. The Attorney General shall administer the Account.

2.

The money in the Account must only be used to carry out the provisions of NRS 228.250 to 228.290, inclusive, and to pay the expenses incurred by the Unit in the discharge of its duties, including, without limitation, expenses relating to the provision of training and salaries and benefits for employees of the Unit.

3.

Money in the Account must remain in the Account and must not revert to the State General Fund at the end of any fiscal year.
