NRS 220.080
Recommendations regarding clarification of statutes.

The Legislative Counsel shall, from time to time:

1.

Make recommendations to the Legislature for clarification of specific statutes.

2.

Call the attention of the Legislature to conflicting statutes, and such other matter as the Legislative Counsel deems necessary.
