“Legislative action” defined.


“Legislative action” means introduction, sponsorship, debate, voting or any other official action on:

1.

Any bill, resolution, amendment, nomination, appointment, report or other matter pending or proposed before any member of the Legislative Branch, a legislative committee or either House; or

2.

Any other matter which may be the subject of action by any member of the Legislative Branch, a legislative committee or either House.
