NRS 218A.950
Unlawful alteration of proposed legislative measure.

1.

A person shall not fraudulently alter the draft of any legislative measure which has been presented for enactment or adoption to either House with the intent to procure its enactment or adoption by either House in language different from that intended by the House.

2.

A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
