Actions required of persons accepted into program.

A person accepted to the program for restitution must:

1.

Voluntarily agree to participate in the program; and

2.

Contact the designated representative of the program concerning the check or draft on or before the date required in the notice pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 205.467.
