Liability of interactive computer service.

1.

The provisions of NRS 200.765 to 200.790, inclusive, must not be construed to impose liability on an interactive computer service for any content provided by another person.

2.

As used in subsection 1, “interactive computer service” has the meaning ascribed to it in 47 U.S.C. § 230(f)(2).
