NRS 2.440
Qualifications of Librarian.

The Supreme Court Law Librarian shall:

1.

Be a graduate of a library school accredited by the American Library Association;

2.

Have at least 2 years of library experience in an administrative capacity; and

3.

Have at least 1 year of training in a law school or 2 years of experience as an employee in a law library.
