NRS 179D.136
Duties of Committee.

The Committee shall:

1.

Identify and study issues relating to state and federal law concerning the registration of sex offenders and any litigation concerning those laws.

2.

Prepare a report of the activities and findings of the Committee and any recommendations for proposed legislation concerning the registration of sex offenders developed by the Committee.

3.

On or before September 1 of each even-numbered year, submit the report prepared pursuant to subsection 2 to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for submission to the Legislative Commission.
