“Offender convicted of a crime against a child” and “offender” defined.


1.

“Offender convicted of a crime against a child” or “offender” means a person who, after July 1, 1956, is or has been convicted of a crime against a child that is listed in NRS 179D.0357.

2.

The term includes, without limitation, an offender who is a student or worker within this State but who is not otherwise deemed a resident offender pursuant to subsection 2 or 3 of NRS 179D.460.
