NRS 179A.900
Unlawful acts.

Any person who:

1.

Willfully requests, obtains or seeks to obtain records of criminal history under false pretenses;

2.

Willfully communicates or seeks to communicate records of criminal history to any agency or person except pursuant to this chapter; or

3.

Willfully falsifies any record of criminal history or any record relating to records of criminal history,
Ê is guilty of a misdemeanor.
