NRS 151.090
Notice of hearing of petition.

1.

When a petition for final distribution is filed, the clerk shall set the petition for hearing and the petitioner shall give notice for the period and in the manner provided in NRS 155.010.

2.

The court may order such further notice as it deems proper.
