To obtain such an order the personal representative or an interested person shall file a petition, showing the advantage to accrue from giving the lease, a general description of the property proposed to be leased, and the term, rental and general conditions of the proposed lease.
2.
The clerk shall set the petition for hearing, and the petitioner shall give notice of the hearing in the manner required by NRS 155.010 or as the court by order may require.
The legislature occasionally skips outline levels.
For example:
(3) A person may apply [...]
(4)(a) A person petitioning for relief [...]
In this example, (3), (4),
and (4)(a) are all outline levels, but
(4) was
omitted by its authors. It's only implied. This presents an
interesting challenge when laying out the text. We've
decided to display a blank section with this note, in order
to aide readability.
